Dr. William E. Fox, a physician practicing
in Charlottesville, VA, offers a variety of non-invasive and minimally invasive cosmetic techniques designed to provide you
with a more youthful appearance.
He has trained extensively in the use of BOTOX®, soft tissue fillers such as collagen,
Restylane®, and Juvederm®, and in injection sclerotherapy for unsightly spider veins. Taken together, these

BOTOX® Cosmetic
A BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment is a simple non-surgical procedure that smoothes wrinkles between your brows, the so-called furrow or worry lines.
It can also treat the crow's feet around your eyes, and the wrinkles on your forehead. A quick treatment relaxes
the muscles that cause those lines to form and keeps them relaxed for months. The results are dramatic and apparent
within days. Most people return to work or normal activity following treatment. With BOTOX® Cosmetic, your
friends and coworkers will know you've done something, they just won't know what.
Soft Tissue Fillers
Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid are actually part
of the natural support structure of your skin. Wrinkles form when these natural supports deteriorate over time.
Soft tissue fillers, such as Restylane® and Juvederm® help with both the smile lines and the 'marionnette' lines that develop as
we age. They can also enhance the lips, which have become thinner over time. Treatment is quick and simple and
can last up to a year! Dr. Fox fully numbs the areas to be injected, so treatment is virtually painless. Recovery
time is short, so you can sneak in a treament during the day. Telling anyone or not is delightfully up to you.
Spider
Veins
We all have them -- unsightly spider veins on our
legs that develop as we age or after pregnancy. A series of treatments in the office can significantly reduce, if not
eliminate them altogether. There is no downtime for this procedure; you can return to work quickly. The
best thing is you won't have to feel self-conscious about getting into a bathing suit or skirt next summer!

to sunlight, as well as age, damages your skin. Your skin can become rougher in texture, spotted in tone, and looser
in elasticity. Dr. Fox is pleased to offer a medically supervised skin care system, the Obagi Nu-Derm System. Many cosmetic products offer improved skin care, but only the Nu-Derm system
offers improved skin health. That's because it uses prescription-strength ingredients that work at the cellular
level, beyond the skin surface. The Obagi Nu-Derm System is a prescription home treatment program that diminishes fine
lines and wrinkles, improves skin texture and elasticity and corrects uneven pigmentation (age spots).

About Dr. Fox
William Fox, MD FACP did his
undergraduate work at Yale University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and was awarded the
William R. Belknap Prize for highest marks in the major of Biology. He went on to medical school at The University of
Pennsylvania, where he was elected into the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. He is board certified in Internal
Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Fox moved to Charlottesville in 1994 for his
internal medicine residency at The University of Virginia, and has stayed ever since. His practice is devoted to both
Internal Medicine and the Aesthetic Medicine procedures described above. He is currently affiliated with Martha Jefferson
Hospital and UVA, where he serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine. He continues to teach at
the Medical School. He enjoys hiking, the outdoors, music, and playing guitar.

Dr. Fox is located at Fox & Brantley Internal Medicine (formerly the Medical Arts Pharmacy Building) at 916 E. High St. in Charlottesville (Map). The building is located directly across High Street from Martha Jefferson Hospital.
